“Super Nanny” of M6, is dead

PARIS - The TV host of Tunisian origin Cathy Kalthoum-Sarraï, star of a reality show of the French channel M6, "Super Nanny", to assist parents in educating their children, died of cancer at the age of 47 years, announced Wednesday the channel.

•    Professional nurse, a graduate of childcare and child psychologist, Cathy Sarraï was revealed in 2005 with the French version of "Super Nanny", British concept bought by M6 (rating: 3.7 million viewers). Among the flagship of M6, the show is also broadcast in Belgium on RTL.
  
     "Super Nanny", herself a mother of three children, came from a very large family, helps parents losing their authority with very difficult children. Dozens of families have benefited from her advice. She also animated a show on the same principle of parental coaching on the Tunisian channel Hannibal TV.
  
     Cathy Sarraï, died in the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, had three books published since 2006, two guidebooks and an autobiography.
