ALGIERS- the market stability can only be achieved with an oil price around US $90 a barrel, said Saturday Energy and Mines Minister Chakib Khelil, adding that this price is expected to be reached during the second half of 2010.

  • "This price would be reached by the middle and end of 2010," Khelil told the press in the margins of the presentation of the annual report of the National Agency of Mining Patrimony (ANPM).
