  • "Italy will maintain its leading position" in the production of hydrocarbons in Libya, said Saturday the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Franco Frattini.
  •    "We had it and we will," said the minister, when asked about any fears of Italy, former colonial power in Libya, to lose its primacy against other countries including France.
