The 20% increase in the minimum wage (SNMG), determined by the tripartite Friday, will cost some 75 billion Dinars to the state budget, said Friday Prime Minister, Ahmed Ouyahia, quoted by APS.

  • At a press briefing at the conclusion of the Tripartite, Ouyahia warned against the magnitude of the expenditure devoted to salaries. From 1 January 2012, the SNMG will be 18,000 Dinars instead of 15,000 Dinars now.
