Siberia: A girl raised by dogs and cats

Agents of the child protection found in Chita (Eastern Siberia) a five year old girl who was ...raised by several dogs and cats and who communicates with the language of animals,... announced Wednesday the local police.

•     The girl was found in a dilapidated apartment where her parents and grandparents lived, but who do not take care of her. She was never allowed to leave; she never learned to speak and tries to communicate by barking.
  
      “For about five years, the girl was raised by several dogs and cats, and did not go out at all,” said the police of Chita.
  
      When she was discovered, the girl jumped on people like a little dog,” “all these years, she has learned the language of animals,” the communiqué states, however, she understands Russian but does not speak it.
  
      The girl was placed in an institution where she received a medical and psychiatric help, but according to police, she “jumps against the door and barks” when the nurses leave the room.
  
      In the release, the girl is nicknamed ‘Mowgli’ as the character of the Book of the jungle.
