3 Danish mobile clinics destroyed by the Israeli army
Three mobile clinics of the Danish charity Folkekirkens Noedhjaelp (DanChurchAid) in Gaza have been bombed and destroyed by the Israeli army according to a declaration made on Tuesday by its general secretary Henrik Stubkjaer.
- "We received the news that all three mobile clinics have been bombed and unusable during the night of January 5 in Gaza City while having a clear signs of " Mobile Clinic ", he said in a statement.
There were no casualties among the nursing staff of these clinics which were located near the headquarters of DanChurchAid in Gaza, according to the same source.
The head of the organization was "deeply shocked" by the Israeli bombing which "directly target humanitarian goals and make impossible any humanitarian effort."
"This is a violation of the Geneva Convention," according to DanChurchAid which was "ready" with these clinics, "to help the wounded" that hospitals can not treat because of lack of space.
