Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades fired 3 mortar shells against Israeli army

The Islamist movement Hamas claimed Wednesday firing three mortar shells at a unit of the Israeli army which was conducting an incursion in the centre the Ghaza Strip.

•    Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, fired « three mortar shells against the Zionist forces who were conducting a raid in eastern Maghazi, » said the group in a statement.
  
      Witnesses confirmed the shelling against four Israeli tanks carrying out a limited incursion into Palestinian territory, at the height of the sector in which an Israeli soldier was killed the day before in an explosion.
