An Arrest warrant against El-Bechir: Decision of the ICC on March 4

The International Criminal Court (ICC) announced Monday that it would make on March 4 its decision on the request for arrest warrant against Sudanese President Omar El-Bachir for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide in Darfur.
