Gunmen shot down a fighter plane with DCA gunfire the region of Arhab, about fifty kilometers northeast of Sana'a, the sources said, adding that the pilot of the plane who ejected himself, was arrested by tribes’ members.
The Yemeni air force repeatedly bombed the area that supports the forces loyal to President Salih and three tribesmen were killed in the fighting.
A tribe hostile to President Salah killed Sunday night an army officer and took thirty soldiers hostages after an attack against their military base.
