  • Air France strike still continues and air traffic remains disrupted in France for the second day of a strike by flight attendants of the company which still expects the cancellation of 20% of the flights.

Air France continues to provide about 80% of its flights, according to a statement of management of the company who apologized to customers and regrets that they are taken hostage by a strike that has no purpose and which will last five days.

The hostesses and stewards of the French airline company agreed to begin Saturday a five-day strike, in protest against the proposed reduction in the number of cabin crew in some planes. The strike was followed at the call of the unions.
