According to the Mauritanian news website ANI, which has already issued statements of the organization of AQIM, these photos have been sent by the communication unit of the organization, following a statement in which she claimed the abduction of European nationals.
AQIM detains five Westerners, including two French who were kidnapped late November in Hombori in northern Mali.
