Who is Abou Kotada?
Abou Katada El Falestini..., alias Omar Mahmoud Othman Abou Omar, is born in 1961 in ...Ras El Ain.... He joined the group for preaching (Daâwa wa Tabligh) before he returned to university in Jordan where he had studied theology until 1984.
- He worked in the Advisory Committee of the Jordanian armed forces for four years where he gained experience in military technology.
The State Security Courts in Jordan had tried him in absentia in 1998 to fifteen years of hard labour for belonging to the terrorist group ‘Reform and challenge’. The latter serves his sentence in a British prison for five years for belonging to terrorist groups around the world and essentially to ‘El Qaeda’.
In Algeria, the image of the horrible massacres committed in the nineties by the Armed Islamic Group (GIA) after fetwa authorizing the massacre of Algerians are still alive. Images that are still in the memories of all the Algerian people who were regarded as infidels and ‘Taghout.’
Abou Abderrahmane, Djamel Zitouni and his successor, the bloody Abou Tourab Antar Zouabri, based on fetwas made by ‘Abou Katada’ to commit barbaric and medieval carnage against Algerians.
Abou Katada is considered a spiritual reference to terrorist organizations together with ‘Mohamed Abou El Mekdissi Taha Issam El Berkaoui’ in the world and in Algeria in particular. Security sources have confirmed that the first Emir of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat, Abou Mosaâb Abdelmadjid Dichoua had studied with him sciences of Chariaâ in Jordan in the early nineties. - Ennahar / Yacine B
