National reconciliation: presentation of Government's action plan

Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia has presented Tuesday here the main lines of the Government's draft plan of action to the members of the People's National Assembly (Parliament).

• The Government's action plan for 2009-2013 includes among its priorities "the consolidation of a serene Algeria," and the restoration of civil peace and strengthening of social cohesion.

• The Government is committed to continue and deepen the national reconciliation policy, and to "strengthen" the national unity by instilling into the society, in general, and particularly into young people the patriotic, identity and historical values.
