Izet Eddouri, the second man in the regime of Saddam

image

Izet Eddouri is the number two in Saddam Hussein's regime. The most wanted man in Iraq declared to Ennahar. ...The Americans won...t catch me alive. We will soon invite Obama to negotiations.... I greet the Algerian people and President Bouteflika for having been on the side of Iraq for its freedom.

  • The Americans have killed 50,000 Iraqi scientists. The ‘militia of Euphrates’ has exterminated one million Sunnis in Basra and the Kurds are under Israeli domination.

  • It was not easy to realize an interview with the most man of the former Iraqi regime which is currently considered the most wanted man dead or alive by the United States of America, which offers a reward $ 10 million to anyone who provides information about him.

    It took six long months of intense contacts with the backbone of the Iraqi resistance and the leaders of the party ‘Baath’ inside Iraq or elsewhere in Syria, Yemen, Egypt and Jordan.

    Our interview, which was in the form of written questions sent to Ibrahim Izet Eddouri to which he responded in writing on a two-page document, was based on information which announced his death, killed or by cancer or leukaemia sometimes and sometimes his arrest or escape to an Arab country. In his replies, Eddouri denied all these allegations and says he was in Iraq, defying both the American and traitors, as he said. He added that they will never catch him alive and if it happens, he would be death (Chahid), whereas, he said, the Iraqi resistance has caused the U.S. military human casualties and material, so important that they terrify the American administration itself.

    Regarding the political situation in Iraq, he told us that it is only an American project executed by Iraqi hands and that the Iraqi government lacks legitimacy, as designated by the U.S. government. The Iraqi National Council, according to Eddouri represents only ghosts that do not represent the Iraqi people.

    Eddouri accuses the Shiite militias that activate in the south to have exterminated a million Iraqi Sunnis before the Government takes up the security control. The Kurds, he said, are under the domination of the Israeli Mossad and the large American and British companies that operate oil.

    50,000 Iraqi scientists have been killed by the U.S. intelligence services and Israel in order to weaken the Arab world, citing as an example what had happened in Ghaza and Lebanon that are part of the great conspiracy .../…

One would welcome a copy (publishing) of the alleged transcript of the 7 April 2009, al-Jazeera broadcast of an audio recording of Comrade President Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri.

The New York Times alleged that a Baath Party representative in Syria had e-mailed them a copy of a transcript.

Further I would welcome an English translation of http://www.al-moharer.net/qiwa_shabiya/baath2009/baath-yemen6-4-09b.htm (صنعاء 6/4/2009م)

One notes the terminology of UN Security Council Resolution 1060, 12 June 1996, as purporting a council recognition of "... a clear violation of the provisions of Security Council resolutions 687 (1991),";

Yet the council has taken no effort in regards to presentation of information to the council of Western powers' violation of said Security Council resolution [687], Article 14, as US delivery to and use in the Middle East of tactical nuclear armaments (airport battle, Iraq 2003), and of Article 32, US support of terrorist organizations and acts within Iraq.

14. Takes note that the actions to be taken by Iraq in paragraphs 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the present resolution represent steps towards the goal of establishing in the Middle East a zone free from weapons of mass destruction and all missiles for their delivery and the objective of a global ban on chemical weapons;

32. Requires Iraq to inform the Security Council that it will not commit or support any act of international terrorism or allow any organization directed towards commission of such acts to operate within its territory and to condemn unequivocally and renounce all acts, methods and practices of terrorism;

On Article 32 violation I presume that AMSI website reported 12 May 2007, http://www.heyetnet.org/eng/iraq-news/490-ordered-assassinations-sectarian-bomb-attacks-targeting-iraqi-civilians.html is sufficient as testimony/evidence to establish such violation by US.

c.c. letter to united Nations

H.E. Mr. Miguel d'Escoto Brockmann,
President of united Nations General Assembly,

The united Nations Security Council resolution 1060, of 12 June 1996, referred to " ...a clear violation of the provisions of Security Council resolutions 687 (1991),"

It is forwarded to your offices to call for a vote of the General Assembly on whether, based on the testimony of Iraqi Republican Guard Commander Saifeddin Fulayh Hassan Taha al-Rawi, that the United States has used neutron bombs (enhanced radiation weapons) during the 2003 invasion of Iraq, whether, if such information/testimony is accurate, that such usage would constitute " ...a clear violation of the provisions (Article 14) of Security Council resolution 687 (1991),".

I have no doubt of the accuracy of the information provided by Commander al-Rawi.

RES 687 (1991) Article 14. Takes note that the actions to be taken by Iraq in paragraphs 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the present resolution represent steps towards the goal of establishing in the Middle East a zone free from weapons of mass destruction and all missiles for their delivery and the objective of a global ban on chemical weapons;

Regarding - Draft, submitted to the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for further development and analysis of Vattel's treatise, and for supplemental comparative law studies of natural law influences of [non-Scandinavian] constitutions, in preparation for a reparations tribunal for the Arab nation, Afghanistan and former colonial possessions. - cf: "Reciprocal Warfare and its Critiqué by the Natural Law School" on the Russian Internet site Iraq-War Mirror, in the Historical analysis section, as http://www.iraq-war.ru/article/165622

It would be appropriate, as I have also to attend to development of former Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe, CSCE, in association with dissolution of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, NATO, it would be appropriate to schedule the reparations tribunal for 2010.

It is incidental that the 8th Congress of the Second International was held in Copenhagen in 1910, where concerns for United Kingdom and German armaments and naval build up were already voiced four years before the Great War.
