Zionist artillery against the Gaza Strip

Israeli artillery went into action Saturday against the Gaza Strip, along the eastern border of the Palestinian territory with Israel, for the first time since the beginning of its agression against Hamas on December 27, said witnesses.

•     According to these witnesses, the firing of artillery began at 4:30 pm local (2:30pm GMT), including Beit Hanoun, Jabalya in northern Gaza Strip, and in the area of Khan Yunis in the south.
