Morocco: dismantling of a network of counterfeiters, led by an Algerian
A network of fifteen counterfeiters led by an Algerian national was dismantled Monday in Nador (north), where they issue false documents to facilitate access to Melilla, a Spanish enclave on Morocco's northern coast, according to a police source.
- The network was composed of 9 Algerians and 6 Moroccans.
Those arrested persons whose identity has not been specified, are suspected of having falsified ID cards and passports for Algerian candidates for illegal immigration in Spain, according to the same source.
The police continued Tuesday its investigation and does not exclude any other arrests in connection with this case.
