Algeria: a communal guard killed near Tizi Ouzou

A municipal guard was killed and two injured early Sunday evening in Algeria by a roadside bomb near Tizi Ouzou (110 km east of Algiers), indicated to AFP Monday a local sources.

•     The information has not been confirmed officially.
  
      The bomb exploded in the town of Mizrana at the arrival of the vehicle in which were the victims, these sources said.
  
      The body of ‘communal Guard’ was created in 1996 to support the security forces in the municipalities.
  
      Two of them were killed and four wounded on April 28 in the explosion of two bombs in the same region.
