• The head of the Movement for Autonomy of Kabylia (MAK), Ferhat Mehenni confirmed to a Moroccan radio the information on his recent meeting with Jewish leaders at the headquarters of the Israeli Embassy in Paris, information which had been reported in Ennahar before.
  
  In an interview on the phone, Ferhat Mehenni expressed to the Moroccan radion his solidarity with Morocco on the Sahara issue, describing the Polisario as a terrorist organization and stating that the responsibility lies on Algeria, which hampers the construction of the Arab Maghreb Union.
  
  On the question of the autonomy of Kabylia, Mehenni said that it is a national issue and that the Amazigh people will decide their future by bringing the issue to the United Nations to assert its independence and the share of wealths.
