  • Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika visited Tripoli Wednesday for consultations with the Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, has announced the Algerian official news agency APS, without specifying the purpose of these discussions.

    The two heads of state then went to Cairo for talks with President Hosni Mubarak, under the same consultations, the same source added.
