All students who are following their studies in get Engineer's diploma in the different universities through the national territory, will instead receive the diploma of State Engineer. 

All students who are following their studies to get engineer's diploma in the different universities throughout the national territory, will instead, receive the diploma of State Engineer According to the declaration of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research today Sunday. Our source precise that this decision comes in accordance with arrangements of the ministerial Decree n° 176-05 of May 12, 2005 which remains unaltered and in force contrary to what was reported by different parts.
