Aigle Azur: three flights to Algeria cancelled
PARIS - Three flights of the French airline Aigle Azur, from Paris-Orly to Algeria, were cancelled between Monday and Wednesday, the direction of the Algerian civil aviation have not validated these flights, according to the company.
- “It was a misunderstanding, which should be settled in the day”, said the direction of Aigle Azur.
“Every year, flights for the period from April to October are approved in January by the Department of Civil Aviation of both countries. There are still a few omissions, which are regulated at the last moment”, added the airline company.
The daily flight from Paris-Orly to Béjaïa was cancelled Monday and Tuesday and the Wednesday flight from Paris-Orly to Oran.
About 550 passengers are concerned. About fifty of them were able to take another flight.
