- The affected provinces, especially on Wednesday, are Tlemcen, Ain Temouchent, Oran, Sidi Bel Abbes, Mascara, Relizane Tissemsilt, Mostaganem, Chlef, Ain Defla, Tipasa, Algiers, Blida, Medea, Boumerdes, Tizi-Ouzou, Bouira, Bejaia, Jijel, Skikda, Annaba, El Tarf, M'sila, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Setif, Mila, Constantine, Souk-Ahras, Umm El-Bouagui and Guelma.
