The death of Abu Kheithama revealed the involvement of Ali Belhadj

Algiers- According to sources of Ennahar; the magistrate court of Boumerdès has transferred the case file of the emir of "Katibet El Feth" to the criminal court of Bir Mourad Rais.

• The emir of Katibet El Feth, namely "Yahia Abu Kheithama", nicknamed Bentitraoui Omar, killed by the security services while he was with nine other terrorists who activated in the areas of Bachdjarah and Oued Ouchayeh. The defendants, who were accused of terrorism, membership of armed terrorist groups, support for terrorism and terrorist acts, will be tried at the criminal session scheduled in September.
  
  The elements of the terrorist group operating under the command of Abu Kheithama, were preparing for suicide operations during the elections of April 2009.
  
  According to our sources, the security services have managed to thwart the activities of the terrorist group after the elimination of their Emir Ben Titraoui on 04 February 2009. This group formed one of the most important terrorist organizations whose elements were the first to join the ranks of armed groups of the salafi (GSPC) in the early nineties. Its activities have spanned the entire height of Tidjelabine and Tenea in the department of Boumerdes.
  
  Planning terrorist attacks in a bookstore in Bachdjarah
  
  In this context, our sources indicate that the terrorist groups activate and prepare terrorist attacks in a library of 12 M ², belonging to a terrorist, located near the “Errahma mosque” in the district of Bachdjarah.
  
  According to the investigations, members attending this library meet after the Asr prayer (afternoon) to design plans for attacks during the presidential elections, and work to encourage people to boycott the elections by various media including CD containing the terrorist attacks against various security services.
  
  Investigations conducted by security services following information received on the activities of terrorist groups, six CDs were found and a large number of releases, and subversive writings and fetwas signed by the number two of the dissolved party FIS, Ali Belhadj . The brother of the latter, "Abdelhamid B. was responsible for their distributions on the terrorist elements.
  
  
  Phone chips found on Abu Kheithama have unmasked the network
  
  On the other hand, according to our sources, and after the elimination of the emir of Katibet El Feth, Ben Titraoui Omar, alias Abu Kheithama, last January in an armed clash with security forces in a restaurant around Boumerdès, after the latter refused to surrender, the security forces have found on him chips of his mobile phone on which calls were recorded and maintained contacts with other terrorist.
  
  The latter proved to be a dangerous terrorist whose Ben Titraoui entrusted with important missions such as recruitment in the company of a second terrorist named "Amar El Hor.” The investigations also led that Ben Titraoui was in contact with the wanted terrorist Azeddine Sekkat, alias “Azeddine El Merrouki" who was member of the network and had thereafter joined the ranks of armed terrorist groups in 2009.
  
  The latter, once he had learned the death of the emir Abu Kheithama would have ceased to use of his chip. The security services were able to arrest all members of the criminal network after one of the terrorists, namely T. Mouloud "had turned on the same chip, ten days after the death of Ben Titraoui.
  
  The phone chip has enabled security services to arrest the remaining terrorists.
