Al Quds Day Celebrated
Ghaza- Thousands of Palestinians took part Friday in demonstrations in the Ghaza Strip called for by the "Hamas" and "Islamic Jihad" movements to mark Al Quds Day, the media reported on Friday.
- The sources said that the former Prime Minister of the deposed Hamas government in Gaza, Ismail Haniyeh and other leaders of the movement participated in a rally at a mosque in Ghaza after Friday’s prayer.
- Moreover, in Jabaliya in northern Gaza, thousands of Hamas supporters marched after prayers. The Islamic Jihad held another demonstration in the nearby town of Beit Lahiya.
- "We must defend Al Quds against Judaization and attempts to destroy Al-Aqsa Mosque," said Khader Habib, an Islamic Jihad leader.
