Droukdal officially declared reprisal war against civilians

Algiers- A report by the terrorist organization of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC), headed by "Abu Mosaab Abdelouadoud, " aka « Abdelmalek Droukdal, » on the activities of this organization, shows that most attacks and vile crimes committed by the terroristes were carried out using homemade bombs and explosives that have caused significant casualties among the security services.

• This is the easiest way, according to security experts in the field, which the terrorist groups use because of their lack of military means and also because of lack of manpower. The group of Droukdal acknowledged for the first time that the killings of civilians because of their relationships with the security services is the continuation of the methodology adopted earlier by the GIA groups.
  
  In this release of the terrorist organization, they recognize the lack of support and recruitment, whereas, a large number of citizens joined the fight against terrorism, this plus the fear that the number of repentant increases. As usual, the organization always tends to raise the number of victims for the morale of its troops, up to deny surrender of the largest of its leaders and group leaders in recent weeks without giving evidence.
  
  For the first time, Droukdal recognized in this report his intention to target civilians to justify their disposal because of their "collaboration with security services." Besides, this is not the first time since he had already threatened in writing to a citizen who worked with the security services by providing supplies to a military barracks after he refused to provide the terrorist organization with information on the movements of the army.
