Annaba: 5 to 8 years in prison for illegal fishing
- The indictment of the Representative of the Attorney General has also called for the seizure of four boats, three Turkish and one Algerian, and required fines of ten times the value of the quantity of fish caught.
- He has requested eight years' imprisonment in respect of BF, a senior Department of Fisheries and Fishery Resources, and six years for A. K., central official in the same ministry, and five years against the other defendants including M. S. and H. H. (owners of two Algerian boats) and against foreign owners of Turkish nationality.
