According to reports, the Al Qaeda in Islamic Maghreb organisation is subject to mischief, discord and degradation in the region of Skikda and this, since issuing a bulletin by the right arm of the emir of El Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb in which he alleges that the number two leader of El Qaeda, Aymen Edhawahiri reportedly took the decision to dismiss three of the leaders of El Qaida in Algeria, among hem the emir of the sixth district Youcef El Annabi who is known to be a bloody criminal.

  • This latter had been suspected in several cases that the security services have not cited. He would have indirectly sold emirs and members of the organization with whom he does not agree.

Youef El Annabi, according to sources, was convened by the heads of the terrorist organization in the region of Bejaia to stand trial and to answer the charges brought against him. But he would have disappeared for 4 months before the Amir Ahmed Djibril, military adviser is ordered to bring him by force.

The emir would be isolated and rejected by the heads of El Qaeda before moving to Bejaia but he does activate in Skikda, this leads to questions, since he is known for his big love for leadership and responsibility within the organization.

The fate of Youcef El Annabi remains unknown within the groups who believe that Ahmed Djibril, the new emir of the sixth district and Abou Farouk Boukamouza, who comes from the town of Beni Zid in Skikda, a former terrorist who have joined the scrub earlier and who is familiar with the geography of the region, have been appointed emir of the organization in the region waiting for the issue in the case by Droudkal.
