Case of the Algerian diplomat Hasni: appointment of a new judge

According to reliable sources of Ennahar, the french judge had decided to withdraw from the case of the Algerian diplomat Mohamed Ziane Hasni head of protocol at the Ministry Foreign affairs and asked to be transferred from the court Paris to another court, after committing an judiciary error against Algeria and against the diplomat and head of protocol at the Foreign Ministry who is under judicial control in France since August 14 2008 with charges of complicity in the assassination of lawyer André Mecili.

• According to our sources, the Judge B. T. would have been affected by the gravity of the error against the diplomat, after being involved in the case basing on the evidence of the Algerian ex-military fugitive officer, without investigating the facts. These are the reasons that forced him to request his transfer. Request which has been accepted. And according to the same sources, the case of the Algerian diplomat would undergo another change with the appointment of the Judge of Nanterre "Alain Filippo" known to be at the origin of the scandal of fictitious jobs against the former French president Jacques Chirac. This change occurs within the movement in the justice sector in the region of Paris.
  
  According to judicial sources, analysis of DNA and graphological tests to which the diplomat Hasni has been subject would certainly be the issue to his case and his innocence, this, in addition to the testimony of Hicham Aboud, principal witness in the case which was in favor of the diplomat. This latter confirmed that Hasni had no connection with the case. In addition, the documents presented by the defense of Hasni are proof of his innocence, such as identity documents, the family leaflet of his parents, the original military documents specifying all his military career in the Army National People.
  
  In addition, lack the testimony of former fugitive officer Mohamed Samraoui for the next two meetings would make false testimony and he will be charged with lying under oath by the French courts.
