Skikda: terrorist recourse to handmade bombs
Skikda (Algeria)- According to reliable sources of Ennahar, leaders of what is called the sixth division of the terrorist organization of Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC) in the west of Skikda, would open workshops for the manufacture of traditional guns (Mahchoucha) and other small arms.
- These use local materials such as tubes, bronze pipes of gas pipelines, to address the glaring lack of weapons and supply which have reduced terrorist activities for over a year and a half of which the last was the operation committed in Zegar which had caused more than 13 victims between police and military.
According to the same sources, the terrorist emir Ammar Lemloum preferred to resort to the use of agricultural equipment for making bombs. The discovery of an arsenal of war there, less than a week ago on the heights of “Beni Zid,” confirms the information received by Ennahar, including the discovery of a plastic container containing a quantity of powder and gas cylinders for making bombs.
