Swine flu/ Fourteen new cases of confirmed in Algeria
Algiers- Fourteen new cases of A/H1N1 influenza have been confirmed Monday by the Ministry of Health, Population and Hospital Reform, bringing the total number of reported cases to 122 nationwide.
- The biggest number of cases (5) has been diagnosed in Constantine, 431 km east of Algiers, on a 21-year old man coming from Turkey, two other men aged 27 and 29, and two women aged 21 and 25.
- All four people have been in contact with an already confirmed case, the source pointed out. Swine flu was also diagnosed on four Chinese nationals in Blida (50 km west of Algiers), with one of them coming from China recently, the source added.
