Egypt: Two Algerian students assaulted, doctors refuse to treat them
Two Algerian students at Cairo University arrived last night in Algiers on an Air Algérie flight from Egypt after having been victims of severe assaults by Egyptians in their apartment. Egyptian doctors have refused to provide necessary care for the simple reason that these students were of… Algerian nationality!
- Both students were forced to leave Egypt and return home after two weeks of suffering. A video on YouTube website shows the cowardly treatment which has been made to the two students by a group of young Egyptian thugs in public, who were chanting and laughing. The two Algerian students have jumped from the second floor of the building after being surrounded by rabid Egyptians.
The video shows the wild horde entering inside the apartment and throwing furniture and personal belongings of two students in the street. The images were filmed by an amateur with his mobile phone. The thugs were waving Egyptian flags and chanting "Misr, Misr, Misr” (Egypt), others were laughing at the two Algerians. After emptying the apartment, they grappled the Egyptian flag on the balcony.
