Vast movement in the security sector

Algiers- According to sources close to the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN), the latter would have decided a large movement in the body of the security of Wilaya.

• This new movement will be based on the designation of young executives to head several provinces, under the instructions of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on the appointment of young professionals to senior positions, and the promotion of other executives who have shown great skills in case management, the fight against organized crime and in particular residues of terrorism.
  
  In return, according to our sources, it has been terminated the functions of many heads of security services of Wilaya for different reasons, as for the poor performance of some heads, and others involved in suspicious cases that have led many Executives of the security of Wilaya before justice.
  
  According to sources who always reported information, the movement would affect 15 wilayas which will experience the appointment of new heads of security, most of whom are young. In this sense, the same source indicates that there will be the appointment of the chief of security in the Daïra of El Harrach, M'hamed Rahmoun, as Head of security of the wilaya of Medea. This promotion comes, according to our sources, to reward the latter on the efforts and expertise in his profession at the Daira, in addition to his exceptional career even acknowledged by the General Director of National Security, Colonel Ali Tounsi himself.
  
  
  Moreover, the chief of judicial police at the Daïra of Boumerdes, Commander Ali Badaoui will be appointed head of security of the wilaya of Laghouat, in recognition for the efforts of the latter in the fight against terrorism together with the martyr police officer Mohamed Taha Hussein Touati, known in professional circles as "Tahar", murdered by terrorists.
  
  Ali Tounsi would, according to the same sources, decided to designate the deputy chief of security of the wilaya of Algiers, Commander Benini Mustapha as Chief of Security in the wilaya of Constantine, in gratitude for the efforts and selflessness in work, modesty recognized by all the world over the good relations he had with the various security institutions in the capital.
  
  Colonel Tounsi would, according to our sources, decide to cease the function of 15 chiefs of security of wilaya because of multiple complaints received at the general directorate against officials, who will be relieved of their duties, in addition to suspected behaviour in the management of cases that led to court for various charges. The poor performance of the actuation of the program prescribed by the General Directorate of Security, in addition to the retirement of some of them.

• In the same context, according to our sources, it has been terminated the functions of some executives at the head of security of wilaya, as Bencheikh Farid, head of security in the wilaya of Bechar, who chaired the Interpol office in Algiers before, in addition to the security chief of the wilaya of Blida Rachid Toumi.
