Employment: the poor awaits the God's help

We no longer believe in recruitment tests. To get a job, one must be resourceful. I finished my studies and I will not waste my time passing recruitment tests. I’ll see a relative of mine who occupies an important post. The interviews ... I hear about in the newspapers and on the radio. The lists are ready in advance. I've made three tests in a row and now I benefited from the programme « youth employment. »
- These are a few statements of young students, we have met, who were seeking a stable job after losing all hope of winning it through tests.
At the bus station for students in Place du Premier Mai, we met two young students, preparing for a certificate of professional competence. They waited for the bus. When they knew the subject of our story, they smile and expressed their desire to confide. 'K. L." Tells us that "the blue card is better than the test." She tells us that her brother who graduated last year in chemistry from Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology, has had several tests without ever succeeding, although he is a very good student. "It is difficult for poor people like us to succeed in getting a job, she said bitterly. Her friend « K. B. », added "I no longer believe in these tests, the list is always made in advance. She prepares a certificate of professional competence and looks forward to having a job, but through relatives or friends of the family.
"I graduated five years ago, I took part in three teste, today, I work and earn 5,000 dinars told us a young student who was next listening to us before adding "I win 5,000 dinars for two years and until today I was not tenured. My university diploma is hanging on my bedroom wall, waiting for God’s help."
Thousands of young people take part in various recruitment tests each year. Most of them know very well that they have no chance if they do not have a well-placed person to give them a boost. "My sister has passed the examination just for the form, because she knows that the list is already prepared, a student tells us sadly.
