01 dead and 4 wounded in the explosion of a mine

The explosion of a mine yesterday morning around 10:30 am caused the death of an self defense element and wounded 04 soldiers. These latter were transferred to the hospital of Khenchla, according to security sources who say that the explosion of high intensity occurred on the passage of a 4WD vehicle which was carrying elements of the combined forces in the region of Kentis, located 80 km north west of the department of Tébessa, not far from Boukehil mountains bordering with Khenchla.

• The operation confirmed the difficulties faced by the combined forces, widespread in the region in search of terrorists who were behind the double bombing and which has caused the deaths of 07 people between civilians and military.
  
  And according to the same sources, the preparation of a new large-scale military operation is still on the Boujelal mountains where a team specialized in explosive works to open roads mined by terrorist groups, while the Army forces of the fifth military region arrived, and an other monitor El Kemakem mounts in preparation for the operations which, according to our sources will be followed by air raids.
