Soudaki family from Birkhadem decided to sue the first secretary of the Socialist Forces Front (FFS), Karim Tabou, accusing him of assaulting her two children following a dispute between the parties on the right of way for vehicle in a neighborhood of Birkhadem.
- The first secretary of the FFS, Karim Tabou will face the charges of assault with intent on the young Soudaki, who decided to sue him in justice. According to them, Tabou had used a cane used normally to block the car’s wheel to assault them, causing a physical disability of seven days to one of two brothers and 15 days to the other.
The incident occurred when one of the brothers had refused to yield the way to Tabou, who was accompanied by a family member in the district of Birkhadem.
According to one of two brothers met by Ennahar yesterday, the dispute had caused a verbal altercation that quickly escalated into battle.
For his part, the first secretary of the FFS has filed complaints against two brothers charged with assault and theft of his mobile phone. The security services have opened an investigation, before the phone is returned to Mr. Tabou, who accused the brothers of assault and theft of phone.
