The Minister of State and representative of the President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, Mr Abdelaziz Belkhadem denounced the act committed by the RCD (Rally for Culture and Democracy) in hoisting a black flag in place of the national flag at a popular meeting animated yesterday morning in ...Draâ to Ben Khedda... in Tizi Ouzou.

  • The Minister of State has denounced the act which he described as treason against the country. He added that the party of the RCD does not want to get out of its shell “Nobody has the monopoly on the principles of the state, Amazigh, nationality and culture.”

Belkhadem called the inhabitants of Tizi Ouzou to go out on the ninth of April to vote because, he said, the boycott is not in the interest of the country. Before he added the best candidate is none other than the incumbent president as being the man who made the country out of its crisis.

  • Not less than 160 billion dollars are set aside by President Bouteflika to carry out various projects throughout the country without exception. He added that he had made three promises since taking power in 1999, the return of stability and peace, the economic recovery and the come back of Algeria for its place on the international scene.

Concerning the region of Kabylia, Belkhadem said that it is an integral part of Algeria.
