Belhadj: Emir of El Qaeda with a political immunity
The second man of the dissolved party Islamic Salvation Front, Ali Belhadj, considered that the charter for peace and national reconciliation, adopted by the Algerian people, as invalid in the legal point of view...
- Because he says it (the charter) has ignored the causes of the crisis and conflict and also because it emanates from one side and the terms of reconciliation are not defined. Moreover, he considered armed groups who still active as part in the political reconciliation. This is the evidence that Ali Belhadj adopted the same ideology as the organization of ‘El Qaida in Islamic Maghreb’ which is based on the ideas of Al Khaouaridj.
In his long release, Ali Belhadj reviewed the charter for peace. “Armed groups that are currently activating are considered as political armed party, whose legal rights were not taken into account when drafting the charter for peace and national reconciliation.”
Knowing that the armed groups which currently activate have as representative the organization of El Qaeda in Islamic Maghreb, led by Abdelmalek Droukdal, alias Abou Mosaâb Abdelouadoud.
Ali Belhadj still operates his status in the old party dissolved twenty years ago to lead Algeria in a bloodbath.
In his release, Belhadj outlines the main conditions for national reconciliation in Islam, comparing the charter for peace and national reconciliation to the peace agreements at the time of the companions of the Prophet (PBUH). He speaks of the place of reconciliation in the book and the tradition and within the predecessors and explaining even the linguistic meaning of the term and purpose of reconciliation etc.
Belhadj tries to pretend that the charter for peace and national reconciliation adopted by the Algerian people had forgotten the other party, making the comparison with the peace agreement between El Hassan Ben Ali and Mouawiya when El Hassan abandoned his position for Caliphate in favour of Mouawiya to stop the shedding of Muslim blood.
The number two in the dissolved Islamic Salvation Front (FIS) is in contradiction with himself when he says that the reconciliation between El Hassan and Mouawiya was in some way a response to the Khaouaridj accusing Ali and Mouawiya of infidelity, forgetting that the armed terrorist groups who are currently active, accuses the Algerian state of infidelity (Kofr) following the ideology of Khaouaridj.
To justify the nullification of the Charter for peace and national reconciliation, Belhadj criticize the state for refusing to sit at the dialogue table since 1992 (dialogue with the FIS). This shows that the number two in the dissolved FIS, is convinced that the armed groups that are currently active and which are represented by only one party which is ‘El Qaida in Islamic Maghreb’ is an extension of the armed activity that began in the early nineties. This would mean that Ali Belhadj considers El Qaeda as the armed wing of the political organization he heads. This also confirms the ideology followed by Ali Belhadj through reading the different releases of the ‘El Qaeda in Islamic Maghreb’ on the charter for peace and national reconciliation that the majority of people adopted in 2006.
