How to resist to winter's viruses ?
We are surrounded by various viruses and germs. Why do some make us get sick at some point? Because they have become more aggressive? Perhaps, but it is mainly because the viruses find in us a fertile ground. That is because our defences are weakened.

First strategy to resist the virus: sleeping well
