From a historical perspective, Yennayer back, according to a dominant hypothesis, the victory of Berber King Chachnaq I on Pharaoh Psoussenes II in the year 950 before Christ, which enabled him to conquer Egypt, where he founded the XXII dynasty with Bubastis as its capital.
