Paris-Versailles - victory and record for the Moroccan Mohamed El Hachimi
PARIS - The Moroccan Mohamed El Hachimi won Sunday the 32nd edition of the race Paris-Versailles (16 km), significantly improved in 46 min 04 sec the previous record (46:38's by the Kenyan Joseph Maregu), before the Rwandan Dieudonne Disi and the Kenyan Jairus Chanchima.
- Victorious in Women, the Kenyan Mirriam Wangarra tied the record for victories –three consecutive- of her compatriot Isabella Ochichi (2000 to 2002).
