CAN 2010: Algeria in Group A

Algiers- Algeria will partake in the 27th edition of the African Cup of Nations (CAN) in Group A with Angola (the host country) after the draw lot held Friday at Talatona Convention Centre in Luanda (Angola) in the presence of the Angolan President Jose Eduardo dos Santos.

• Group A comprises Angola, Mali, Algeria and Malawi,
• Algeria will contest its first match against Malawi
