  The family of the Algerian star receives us with open arms. The grandparents were present. Ghazal’s whole family is established abroad since 1951 but maintains close links with the countries she visits every summer for vacation. According to the grandmother, Abdelkader made his first visit to the country at the age of two. His second visit, he made it at the age 21 while joining the national team. His last visit to Tlemcen backs to last July. "This did not prevent him from feeling attached to his country," says his grandmother, before adding "he has received a good education based on Algerian traditions and customs of Islam.
