Football: All about professionalism
Algiers- The presidents of football clubs in the professional league of first and second divisions have recently received the specifications containing the requirements for obtaining professionalism premium and Regulation to be followed by clubs and the role of the ministry as well as national banks in supporting this operation.

Succession planning, from the base, is held in training centers. This step is carried out very seriously. The club hires competent staff to care for youth. There are also specialists in sport. All this, for better training to the player.
