Algiers- CR Belouizdad and USM Algiers beat respectively MCA and NAHD Saturday afternoon on the same score of two goals to nil, on behalf of the 12th day of Algeria’s Ligue 1
- USM Alger beat NA Hussein Dey (2 0), Saturday at Tchaker stadium of Blida, on behalf of the 12th day of League 1, and occupies the top spot with three points ahead of its pursuer ES Setif. USMA, who was beaten last week in the Algiers derby against MC Algiers, found it hard to overcome the red lantern, Nahda, which adopted an ultra-defensive strategy.
In the other Algiers derby played at the July 5 Stadium, CR Belouizdad managed to defeat the Dean, MC Algiers on the score of two goals to nil (2 0). Ammour opened the scoring on a beautiful shoot from 20 meters in the 48th minute of the game and Kherbache doubled the score at the 87th on an individual action.
