إلتقى وزير الخارجية عبد القادر مساهل بالمفوضة العليا للشؤون الخارجية والأمن في الاتحاد الأوروبي فيديريكا موغيريني في اديس ابابا باثيوبيا.
ونافش مساهل مع موغيريني العلاقات الثنائية والسبل والوسائل لتعزيزها.
كما تطرقا أيضا للوضع في منطقة الساحل الصحراء بما في ذلك مالي وليبيا.
وسبل التعاون داخل منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط والوضع في المغرب العربي.
كما إلتقى مساهل مع غسان سلامة، حيث ناقشا الوضع في ليبيا.
وجدد مساهل دعم الجزائر لجهود الأمم المتحدة من أجل تسوية الأزمة في هذا البلد الشقيق والمجاور.
