خلّف قرار الوزير والقيادي في جبهة التحرير الوطني عبد القادر مساهل بعدم الترشح للتشريعيات المقبلة، استنفارا كبيرا في صفوف مناضلي الحزب العتيد بولاية البيّض، وعبّر هؤلاء عن مساندتهم لقرار الوزير مساهل، وموقفه بشأن التشريعيات وضرورة منح الفرصة للشباب هذه المرة، وهذا على عكس باقي وزراء الآفلان وأعضاء المكتب السياسي الذين يتمسكون بالترشح والدخول في صراعات من أجل تصدر قوائم المترشحين والعودة مجددا إلى قبة البرلمان.
